Tecore Networks to Participate in SYNC: Accelerate, Innovate & Take Action — Bridging Silicon Valley & Syria.

Tecore Networks will participate in SYNC’26, convening at the Opera House in Damascus on October 9 and 10 under the theme Accelerate, Innovate & Take Action — Bridging Silicon Valley & Syria.

SYNC brings together technology leaders, entrepreneurs, investors and policymakers from inside Syria and across the global diaspora around a single question: what it takes to rebuild a modern digital economy. Tecore has been part of the initiative since its founding in 2025, when more than 50 technology leaders and innovators first came together in Silicon Valley to support Syria’s technology ecosystem. In the time since, SYNC has grown into a platform spanning Damascus, Riyadh, Dubai, London, Berlin and Silicon Valley, most recently anchoring Syria’s first national pavilion at LEAP in Riyadh.

This year’s theme marks a shift in the conversation. The case for engagement has been made; what remains is execution moving from intent to companies built, capital committed, infrastructure delivered and talent returning to work.

Telecommunications infrastructure sits underneath all of it. Payments, logistics, software, remote work and the return of skilled professionals each depend on networks that can carry them, and none of it moves faster than the infrastructure beneath it. Tecore’s interest in these gatherings is that layer: what modernizing Syria’s mobile infrastructure will require, and how that work is sequenced against everything being built on top of it.

Tecore welcomes the opportunity to connect with participants in Damascus to discuss advancing Syria’s telecommunications infrastructure and the broader technology sector it supports.
